Renovation and addition to 1980 old house which Kristen Riddick
bought to bring her dream true - own a hair salon.
Our studio completed a renovation of an old house and designed an addition.
Kristen decided to keep the original exterior brick wall at the intersection of
the new and old buildings. The house was updated to ADA code as it had become a commercial space. Visiting the place in a while when it was fully functional, seeing the stylists happy at their workspace made my day.

My role in this project:
- Analyze site, take pictures and measurements of the existing building
- prepare renderings for client and architectural board review
- prepare construction documents
